Every person owning or operating a retail package off-sale alcoholic beverage establishment within the city of Cudahy licensed pursuant to Division 9 (commencing with Section 23000) of the Business and Professions Code shall post a notice or notices visible to the patrons of such establishment and persons utilizing the adjacent parking area and public sidewalk informing them it shall be unlawful for any person having in his or her possession a bottle, can or other receptacle containing any alcoholic beverage which has been opened, or the seal broken, or the contents of which have been partially removed to enter, be, or remain on the premises of the establishment and adjacent parking area and public sidewalk.
