Article II. Alcoholic Beverage Containers Adjacent to Off-Sale Alcoholic Beverage Sales Locations

No person having in his or her possession any bottle, can or other receptacle containing any alcoholic beverage which has been opened, or seal broken, or the contents of which have been partially removed, shall enter, be or remain on the premises, including any immediately adjacent parking area or public sidewalk, of any retail package off-sale alcoholic beverage licensee licensed pursuant to Division 9 (commencing with Section 23000) of the Business and Professions Code. The provisions of this section shall apply to locations where the prohibitions of this section are posted and visible to persons utilizing the establishment and adjacent parking lot and public sidewalk.
