Violation of CMC 9.08.070 shall constitute an infraction and violation of CMC 9.08.080 shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1.36 CMC. (Ord. 324 § 1. 2002 Code § 3-8.3).
