Any person who provides solid waste or recyclable materials handling services within the city shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the city and its officers, employees, and agents against any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses, obligations, liabilities, damages, recoveries, and deficiencies, including interest, penalties and reasonable attorney’s fees, that the city shall incur or suffer, which arise, result from or relate to the provision of solid waste or recyclable materials handling services by that person.
