20.30.100 Affordable housing trust fund.

A. Establish a Housing Trust Fund. There is hereby established a separate fund of the city, to be known as the “affordable housing trust fund.” All monies collected in compliance with this chapter shall be deposited in the affordable housing trust fund. (Ord. 720 § 9 (Att. 2), 2022).
