In addition to any other administrative, civil, or other fines, and/or penalties provided under this code and/or state law, any violation of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor offense punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment, in accordance with CMC 1.36.010.
