The provisions of this code relating to the registering of felons shall not apply to any person who has received a full pardon for each such crime whereof he shall have been convicted, nor to any person who is on parole or probation under the laws of the state or whose parole or probation period under such laws has expired without any revocation of such parole or probation having been made.
