(1) Any person who remains in or enters any building or structure that has been ordered to be vacated pursuant to the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor offense punishable in accordance with Chapter 1.36 CMC.

(2) Any responsible person who fails to comply with an order of abatement by completing each of the requisite corrective actions in the manner and time set forth in the order of abatement is guilty of a misdemeanor offense punishable in accordance with Chapter 1.36 CMC.

(3) Any person who obstructs, impedes, or interferes with any representative of the city engaged in vacating, repairing, rehabilitating, or demolishing and removing any property pursuant to the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor offense punishable in accordance with Chapter 1.36 CMC.

(4) Any person who defaces, alters, or removes any notice or order posted as required in this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor offense punishable in accordance with Chapter 1.36 CMC.

(5) Each person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day, or part thereof, during which a violation of this chapter, or of any law or regulation referenced herein, is allowed, committed, continued, maintained or permitted by such person, and shall be punishable accordingly.
