Division 1, Health Code, of Title 11 and Division 1, Public Health Licenses, of Title 8 of the Los Angeles County Code, as amended and in effect on March 1, 1998, are hereby adopted by reference as the health code of the city of Cudahy. A copy of the health code has been deposited in the office of the city clerk of the city of Cudahy and shall be at all times maintained by the clerk for use and examination by the public.
