Except as hereinafter amended, Title 10 of the Los Angeles County Code, entitled “Animals,” as that title was effective on July 29, 2004, is hereby adopted by reference as the animal control ordinance of the city of Cudahy and may be cited as such.

Three copies of Title 10 of the Los Angeles County Code are on deposit in the office of the city clerk and shall be at all times maintained by the city clerk for use and examination by the public. References to section numbers and amendments to this chapter are declared to be references to the section numbers contained in Title 10 of the Los Angeles County Code.
