Effective immediately, the city shall cease issuing or renewing retail delivery permits pursuant to this chapter. The retail delivery of medicinal cannabis and cannabis products in compliance with state law, including MAUCRSA, pursuant to a retail delivery permit issued under this chapter may continue as a legal nonconforming use pursuant to Chapter 20.80 CMC so long as such retail delivery is limited to medicinal cannabis and cannabis products and otherwise in compliance with this chapter and CMC 5.30.200.
