If a seller’s permit has been issued to a retailer pursuant to the provisions of Section 6067 of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the state, an additional seller’s permit shall not be required by the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 173 § 1. 2002 Code § 7-1.11).
