20.84.490 Amendment initiation.

Amendments to the provisions of this part may be initiated in any one of the following manners:
A. Upon resolution of the city council.
B. Upon resolution of the planning commission.
C. Upon application by a property owner, by a property owner’s authorized agent, or by any public utility that has exercised eminent domain. If the property for which an amendment is proposed contains more than one ownership, all of the property owners or authorized agents shall join in the initiation of an amendment. (Ord. 690 § 4 (Exh.
