The purpose of regulating alcohol sales is to establish a comprehensive set of regulations regarding the placement, location, and development of various types of facilities that sell or serve alcohol to ensure compatibility with surrounding properties and minimize potentially adverse impacts. These regulations shall apply to the sale of alcohol as defined in Chapter 20.88 CMC (Definitions). (Ord. 690 § 4 (Exh. A), 2018).
