The city offices shall be closed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and all holidays authorized by the city council by resolution. City offices shall otherwise be open to the public for business from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
