(1) Every person who violates any of the provisions of the subdivision ordinance of the city of Cudahy shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and may be punished as provided in CMC 1.36.010(1).

(2) A person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which a violation of any provision of the subdivision ordinance of the city of Cudahy is committed, continued, or permitted by such person and may be punished accordingly.
