Notwithstanding the provisions of CMC 10.04.010, the operator of any vehicle shall not park such vehicle for a period of time in excess of 20 minutes upon any portion of any highway, street, or public way within 200 feet of a polling place between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on any election day.
