Notwithstanding the provisions of CMC 10.04.010, it shall be unlawful for any person to stop, park or leave standing any vehicle on any municipally owned or operated off-street parking facility at any place, location or stall thereon where a conspicuous sign has been erected indicating that said place, location or stall is reserved for a particular individual, officer, or employee.
